The Voice of Hermes

The city of Aurelius on Hermes, which greatly influenced the Greco-Roman culture, serves as the Philosophical Learning Center of the Shamballah system that guides the evolutionary path of the human spirit.

In the central Athenian section of Aurelius one can experience the Classical World in all its splendor. The original structures that inspired the Parthenon and the Temple of Apollo can be found in this district. One can even hear such luminaries as Socrates, Plato, Pythagoras and Lucretius debating the finer points of their individual intellectual legacies.

And if one is fortunate, Plutarch himself may give them a guided tour of this wondrous place, as he did to Ernest and Ruth Norman, co-founders of Unarius, back in 1959.

Though the 'Love of Truth' movement of ancient Hellas is greatly esteemed in Aurelius, other terrestrial thought systems are also honored and preserved. Aurelius is truly multicultural and their mental treasures are lovingly gathered from all cultures of our globe from our prehistory to the present time.

The effects of philosophy on music, art and humanity's betterment are also studied on Aurelius.

Special attention is paid to identifying thought systems that enslave, rather than liberate, the human mind.

Larger Than Life Living in Today's World

The best aspect of Aurelius is that we can access some of their treasures in the here and now. In fact we are greatly encouraged to do so, not in order to discover and then ascribe to a particular philosophy but in hopes of learning how to ask our own questions, seek our own answers and develop our own unique way of looking at things.

Viva Unarius!
