November is Rotary Foundation Month

This month is designated as a time to reflect on all the Rotary Foundation sponsored programs worldwide, and to determine how we, as Rotarians, can assure their continuance. 

Promoting Peace is one of the Rotary Foundation's Areas of Focus. 

In November 2015 I resolved to henceforth focus on making my personal world a much more peaceful place to live. Beyond this, I felt very strongly that if there was more open communication between people holding differing views about religion and spirituality, our collective world would be a safer, and more pleasant, place to live. As I already had a long history with fostering Interfaith dialogue and cooperation, I decided to continue along this path during my walk as a Rotarian.
