The Elysium Project: Solar Power Techno-Druid

Hercules: Greetings Master Phoenix! Thank you for responding to the Horn of Summoning and offering your insights, resources and expertise toward the success of my Solar Quest. What resonated within you that prompted your responding to this particular Call to Adventure.

Master Phoenix: For the past few years it has been a calling, a force that I have not felt before. In Utah they play a lot with saintliness. What is a saint by definition? One who protects and sustains. I both knew 5 years ago that I had to do something about this as I know now. Too many families falling apart in the homeland. Now from a commercial standpoint, there has been nobody better in centuries (you all should see Hercules’ resume). Aside of the strategies and tactics there comes a time in everyone’s life when they must be a superhero. Some of us flirt with the idea of going to sleep and not waking up. All things inversely. This feels like waking up after never having gone to sleep. I think it is our turn, in short I answered because I knew in my soul that it was time to become something greater.

Hercules: Can you please provide some background on your path as a Techno-Druid and the emergence of the Phoenix as your Personal Totem?

Master Phoenix: Technology and Druidry are often not a good mix. Let me start by saying this. Techno-Druid is something I picked up along the way because I have demonstrated a proclivity to fixing most ANY computer problem that I have encountered. The Phoenix is an interesting tale however. When I was 12 years old, after reading all about American Indian vision quests I decided that I would try one. About 4 days out heading west-south-west from Bluffdale. I had long since run out of everything but water. Survivorman would have been proud. I sat down, rested momentarily then made camp. As mentioned before all party favors were gone by the end of day one. I saw what looked like a metallic Phoenix and on a large rock I had used to make the campfire ring. The bird looked at me as if to say 'this is who you are'. Having some long an apparently very flammable tail feathers. The bird literally disappeared in a poof. Hopping (not flying) to what would have been right next to the Phoenix came a hawk. Later that evening came a wolf somehow very friendly. I tossed it half of what I foraged for food (rattlesnake is good actually if you behead the thing first). And I had a friend for the remainder of the night. And that is the story of how I became the Phoenix.

Hercules: That is an incredible tale! Thank you for sharing it. What role does the Sun play in your Mythic Spirituality?

Master Phoenix: Although it seems to me to be very polemic to say: The Sun originally was at the root of all deity. Many theologies, to include our own chosen mantles, stem from some sort of a central consciousness. In the modern day and age we have to realize that we are the playings of energy. And it’s the lack of anything being around that makes us notice when something comes around. For we aren’t here as any sort of fluke. There is no spiritual parole and probation. Theologically the sun in more than a few traditions is the creator of this. Scientifically, with a basic understanding of biology one can prove this to be true. There is no mammalian life without gold. Gold they figure came from supernova.

Hercules: I too have come to believe that our experience of the Sun helped to spark humanity's initial religious impulse, and has guided it ever since. The Sun has often been described as an All Seeing Eye. You are a man with a vast and panoramic view of the future. Can you give us a broad overview of your vision?

Master Phoenix: Vast and Panoramic are excellent words to describe it. Later in the interview as I 'lay down the building blocks' this will all come into play. For the brief look though, imagine a world where we did not have to waste anything. There is an old Chinese parable 'He who knows when enough is enough will ALWAYS have enough'.

Technology is meant to work with nature, not against it. And the more of it that is symbiotic. Or at least ZERO IMPACT like these lenses I sell. The closer we can get to a life free from need. And a life blissfully free from the need to waste anything.

Hercules:What steps have you taken to help actualize the future you envision?

Master Phoenix: I am glad you asked, when I look at it I see in the near future the end of wastefulness as a matter of necessity. Equally as important is to end pollution. There is a floating heap of plastic greater than the size of Texas, just floating in our oceans. Now imagine all the cool things you could do with a filament extruder and a 3D printer inside a sailboat parked off the shore of the floating mess. After we re-process all of this into things like IV bags.

Then we can start retrofitting things like Monsanto. Which might be a great idea to re-oxygenate Mars. Even to make algae to clean the water and waste from the ecosystem. But not in our food supply. And certainly not ruining our government.

I offer the world a period where it’s actually cool to leave the world behind retrofitted and redesigned. And I also offer that we don’t have to hate or hurt the populace to do it.

Hercules: There are some clear overlaps with my own Olympian Mission that I would like to explore further, but as I am now on a Solar Quest: What role does Solar Energy play in your schema?

Master Phoenix: Well not only is the sun the perfect source of power. But since the days of Ptolemy, it has been recognized as a Bearer of Life by many civilizations before us. From a technological aspect we are beginning to re-master the potential of the sun. Of my own vested commercial interests, I can say I have not seen a tighter, more honest operation. Forget all that though let’s focus on what it does, all the elements that cause the pharmaco-kinetic effects which places like Fukushima still weep out into the environment. I have a chance to change all that. All the pollution the oil rig left in the Gulf, steamed a grain of sand away at at time. All the pollution gone out of the end of a jet steam nozzle. And not contaminating the water my kids drink. I hear in places like Owego, Endicot, Windsor, Binghamton, and Vestal New York. Inversely I would imagine townships like Susquehena, and Great Bend, Pennsylvania. This 'Flaming Faucet Syndrome' is the product of something called methane migration. Which is the point of fracturing, to harvest said methane for internal combustion before it comes anywhere close to drinking water. Well that’s someone’s kid who turned on the faucet and puked (then was taken to the hospital if I recall the story). I have within my grasp the power to change all this. Without hurting anyone or even defrauding anyone’s bankroll. And far from being anyone’s fault the carnage is a fault of physics that only the gods of time could have seen coming. Still, I will never commercially throw out a 'wangle' or a 'gimmick'. As my wisecracks are usually straight, to the point and to some degree macabre.

Remember, only you can prevent faucet fires! I just provide 87 ways to help do this. As I am weaving every one of them into my own journey of purpose. And from a religious aspect as a Druid the whole concept of working to save the earth. There is NOTHING more sacred, hallowed, or pristine a calling, as a Druid.

Hercules: Why did you so highly recommend RaPower3 as a key next-step on my Solar Quest?

Master Phoenix: I would recommend the Shepards to anyone, in almost two years Matt HAS YET TO give me inaccurate or non factual information. See as a business owner that is a caveat of doing business. You can’t drop all your cards on the table and say look here. You want to discuss A LOT with Matt though. How hard it must be to not gather a bunch of people like myself into a think-tank hell bent on making every physical science symbiotic. This being what I would imagine doing from his shoes. But from the captain’s chair, especially mine this can sometimes be an Achilles heel. You want SO bad to just exclaim to the world, 'hey world, I got this FEIN so I could feed my family while saving you! And here is the play by play on how'. Maybe I am just an odd duck that way, but so are the people I run with. In my perception this holds true over at RaPower as well. This being my top reason, Honesty and transparency. To me it’s because I speak for the trees. My colleagues may add a bit of Jesus. But whoever the individual may pray or meditate to, there’s joy to be found when you purify water like you had an odd form of X-Men style Christlike telekinesis. So if it were not for the lenses that I sell currently removing ALL the crap from 2500 gallons of 'once was polluted' water. Every hour on the hour provided it’s running at name plate capacity. I recommend at the very least the newsletter which you can sign up for on their site.

If it weren’t for that then maybe the DVC which is to my knowledge having the final kinks worked out now. The device will vastly bless and improve every electronic circuit it touches. Think cars running on capacitors. A thirty second charge could propel a human ten miles theoretically. Wave generation and wind lensing will become HUGE. Another reason I would suggest Matt and Greg Shepard to anyone is that I have observed that we seem to share the same belief. A cure is not a cure unless EVERYONE gets a chance at it fairly. I have never heard anything to make me disbelieve that being the general game plan. As observed through my own eyes. So even if all of this didn’t scream 'dang good idea' for what the tech does alone. Look at what this independent vendor (Matt will tell you I am independent in every single sense of the word). And those like me who gravitate to it are doing or have plans to do. I am building a digital empire bent on helping struggling parents augment dwindling incomes. Another is running a software shop and last I heard working on an operating system. Everyone seems to walk away back to their homes, offices, meetings, etc. Seeming about ten feet taller than they were when they went in. Having only my opinions and observations to offer as currency in this interview. Mine are always solid, forged past doubt, tried, tested and never for sale for any amount.

Like the country song goes, every single penny we pay/are paid. We got it honest. And there is no better work environment or tradition for a work environment I would prefer to pass down. From my end.

Hercules: On your Rebirth of Rennisance site there is a Be A Solar Hero section that offers an opportunity for folks to become involved with a company called OK Solar. Can you elaborate on this a bit more?

Master Phoenix: This is quickly transitioning into the Northern Lights Initiative as a whole. First off to define a Solar Hero one has to have indomitable spirit. Specters scare people, ghosts haunt them. But only Spirits will stay around and inspire individuals to do great things. As on this side of the void typically only big boys and girls (referring to those over 18 inhabiting adult bodies) will feel possessed to stick around and help build other people, families, lives, towns, states, nations and eventually the world. That is the definition of a Solar Hero. Now when said individual needs a panel, or a lens, or an inverter then said hero can help spread renewable energy. And feed their families at the same time, thusly retaining the title. OK Solar has been my go-to guys for odd parts for years. I am currently trying to cover ALL facets of renewable energy. Which means RoR is going to have to expand our current vendor base to accommodate digitization and streamlining of the ordering system on my end. Also to make room for raw growth as my books start to synchronize more with the industry. We are heroes which means we then become the go-to guys for EVERY struggling solar or renewable shop in the united states as well. It’s not a cure unless everyone gets a chance at it right?

Hercules: What other Solar Power initiatives are you currently involved with and how do they fit into your Bigger Picture?

Master Phoenix: There are the obvious ones Federally, and a host of smaller stimulus funds that, until 2016, can let people own some of the renewable energy technology that I sell for a song and a dance. The energy leverage on renewable tech companies is about the best I can do. But even the biggest red skeleton solar array on some hidden cottage in the Adirondacks. Will not only pay for itself but offer a return on investment in 21 years. That’s 4 years of straight and free profit to go out and make one’s community better with. That is the worst possible outcome. My front-runners provide the best possible and since I want to leave myself something to explain in person when I get back east for these 3-5 day educational 'sorties'. And the beautiful thing is it someone comes up with a new legitimate renewable operation then we can integrate it for the most part.

Hercules: While we are still in the vicinity of your website, can you provide us with an overview, in words, of what a visitor can expect to find there?

Master Phoenix: At the time of writing, the Sharepoint is a mess. However NEAR FUTURE modifications will include: a software repository and complete publishing setup; a gaming studio, with limitless computer power. This to augment the already existing windmap, climate study (maybe call it Gaia’s Orerry or the Eye of Delphi or something cool like that play with the numbers there though individually and do your homework is what I will say to our readers/listeners, they will see.) And planetarium software that I currently have linked on the site. From the business end, I am going to try to link demos to every piece of software I sell. Which empowers myself and others around me to do great things on the digital frontier.

Hercules: Where else can people find your presence online and how else can they get involved with what you are doing? What is the best way to contact you directly?

Master Phoenix: Well most of my new links go to Facebook, and are then mirrored to Twitter. However through the magic of Javascript, C#, and a couple web applications. I soon hope to have both a stand-alone and a plug-in application that, in deference to my aforementioned associates, I have lovingly nicknamed Project Crucible. This jewel will broadcast to all social media simultaneously.
