1 & 2-A New Dawn: Parts One and Two
Season Two starts with the Funeral of Minos, then plunges us right into a civil war. Visions of Atlantis under-sea and the Voyage of the Argo tease us, as do hints about Jason's parentage, his strange Destiny and what it means to be 'touched by the Gods'. Ariadne's old tutor Lord Sarpedon, exiled by her father, is rescued from the destruction of Thera and brought to Atlantis by Jason, Hercules and Pythagoras. Secretly he is in league with Pasiphae and her Colchian army. Medea, who was hidden in his baggage, steals Atlantis' sacred Palladium, unleashing the wrath of Poseidon and disheartening the Atlantean people. Jason and his companions sneak into the camp to retrieve it, facing many perils, including an angry cyclops. Atlantis falls to the Colchians. The Palladium is recovered, Lord Sarpedon redeems himself - at the cost of his life, and the people of Atlantis arise and cast down their conquerors.
3-Telemon
Jason has royal blood, but doesn't know it. His companions do, but they can't tell him. Ariadne attracts a suitor, Prince Telemon of Aegina, who isn't what he seems. Jason agrees to represent the people of Atlantis at Ariadne's Coronation Tournament. Though Jason is the undisputed Champion, it is Telemon who wins her hand.

4-The Marriage of True Minds
Telemon is revealed to be a creature of Pasiphae, and an instrument in their plot to assassinate Ariadne. Despite Dion's concerns, Ariadne agrees to travel to Aegina to gain the blessings of Telamon's father. Jason also tries to dissuade her, but is equally unsuccessful. The three heroes accompany the royal couple and their retinue. Telamon leads them into a trap and they are ambushed by Colchians. Many are slain, but Jason, Hercules, Pythagoras, Ariadne and Dion manage to escape. Telemon reveals his true colors, or does he? It turns out that he did not truly fulfill his bargain and he is made to suffer for it. Pasiphae and Medea leave him wounded and without water. Seeking refuge in a cave, our heroes are discovered and flee. Dion is wounded and the Colchians are not far behind. They join blind Orpheus, his wife, and a fellow pilgrim en route to Paros, and are startled by the old man's keen insights. The small band enters an ancient necropolis where the Colchians dare not enter. Dion is dying, Medea locates our heroes, Ariadne shoots Pasiphae, Jason and Medea fall into a chasm.
5-The Day of the Dead
Pasiphae removes Ariadne's arrow and casts a necromantic spell, awakening the dead. Our heroes search the depths for Jason and encounter a group of undead led by a mindless and ferocious Dion. Jason awakens, discovers Medea. Together they battle the zombie forces of a king long-deceased. In the process they save each other's lives and blur the lines between ally and enemy. Pythagoras discovers that zombie bites are fatal, and soon create new zombies. Orpheus' wife confides to him that she has been bitten. Jason and his crew are reunited, but they are far from pleased to discover that their friend has vowed to protect the Colchian witch. Jason and Ariadne reveal their true feelings for each other, to each other. Jason and Hercules, following Medea's instructions, break Pasiphae's spell. Medea betrays them, stabbing Ariadne. Jason vows vengeance.
6-The Grey Sisters
Medea flees, Jason persues, Hercules interrupts the chase as Ariadne is dying and must be returned to Atlantis. Once there, she receives the best of care at the hands of the Oracle and High Priest Milas, but it is not enough as she was wounded with an enchanted blade. The mythic trio travel to the cave of the Grey Sisters for answers, but are plunged into deeper despair by their enigmatic answers. A Stymphalian bird wounds Hercules. Pythagoras tends his wounds while Jason seeks a vial of Medea's blood to cure Ariadne. Jason is captured after sparing Medea and filling the vial. Jason discovers that Medea is also 'touched by the Gods'. Pasiphae reveals to Medea that Jason is her son. We are reminded that Hercules and Pythagoras already knew that. Pasiphae and Jason have a long chat. Unable to win him over, she decides to kill him. Hercules and Pythagoras rescue him, in the nick of time, then they arrive in Atlantis, in the nick of time, to save Ariadne. The Queen proposes to Jason and he accepts.
To Be Continued...
Scenes from this Season's second half promise more mythic excitement. We see Pasiphae reclaiming rulership of Atlantis, our heroes at odds, and the return of Medusa.
