Larger Than Life Living in the World Today

It
is sometimes hard to follow photographs when you are performing new
exercises. It is also sometimes difficult to determine if you've done
them correctly, especially in the beginning.
The one-arm
push-up and pistol (one-leg squat) are the core of the
strength-building Naked Warrior workout. I started this program last
month and I've learned to look forward to my daily attempts to best
the-day-before's accomplishment. Progress is slow but steady, as an
added bonus my balance has improved considerably as well.
Though
I would not be content with the slim racer's physique that Pavel
promotes, I do indeed want the brute strength his program builds. So
the Naked Warrior workout has become a part of my daily routine, an
important adjunct to my muscle building activities. It may take me a
while to master these two exercises, but master them I will.
I
found the Naked Warrior DVD extremely helpful. It is 37 minutes long
and NOT a workout you can watch and follow. Rather it is a guide to
performing the two core exercises correctly. Pavel demonstrates how
to develop the strength and balance needed to perform the exercises
in the first place, then shares variations that make them even
tougher to perform. Tension, leveraging and proper breathing are also
extremely important.
If you want the ability to build great
strength and balance without weights, you can't beat the Naked
Warrior workout. Once you've committed to the path, you'll definitely
want the DVD to help keep you on track.
I
recommend these resources highly to anyone on a quest to develop
a heroic physique.
Onward comrades! Hit the deck!
