Joe Bonomo

Strongman, Stunt Performer, Weightlifter and Actor Joe Bonomo (1901 - 1978) was known as the Hercules of the Screen during cinema's Silent Era. 

Winning the Mr. Modern Apollo Contest in 1921 led to an entertainment career with 35 Acting credits and 14 Stunt credits.  

After the advent of sound in cinema Joe Bonomo, who had a heavy Brooklyn accent, shared his powerful secrets through mail order courses.
