Pocket Hercules

Bodybuilder and Strongman Manohar Aich (born 1913) built a contest winning physique and performed great feats of strength as Pocket Hercules. 

In 1950, at the age of 37, he even won the Mr. Hercules contest.

Retired from bodybuilding, Pocket Hercules (now over 100) still exercises ninety minutes a day and owns his own bodybuilding gym the Studio de Physique, where he trains future champions.
