Pocket Hercules
Weightlifter Naim Suleymanov (born 1967) performed great feats of strength as Pocket Hercules. Many deem him the world's strongest man.
Pocket Hercules broke his first world record at age 16 and went on break 45 more during his weightlifting career. He also won 3 Olympic titles, 7 World Championship titles and 6 European titles. He won a place in the Olympic Order and the Weightlifting Hall of Fame.
Also known as Naim Suleymanoglu and Naim Shalamanov Pocket Hercules retired from weightlifting in 2000. He also ran for public office in Turkey on several occasions.
